چکیده
This study provides additional morphological information and new illustrations for Amblyseius ishizuchiensis, a predatory mite species previously described from Japan, subsequently reported China Russia. Our examinations on series of specimens collected several localities in Russia showed no remarkable difference compared to its original description subsequent redescriptions including an almost smooth dorsal shield. However, we observed strongly punctate shield both sexes the originated South Korea as well Anuchinsky district, Ussuri Nature Reserve, Vladivostok (Primorsky Krai) Komsomolsk-on-Amur (Khabarovsky Krai), Russia, with other characters measurements being identical examined this study, earlier descriptions. Although, these vs are never found single population, suggest character intraspecific variation provisional basis. Moreover, that by having broader ventral shields, does not really fit diagnosis genus subtribe Amblyseiina. Therefore, short discussion about generic placement subtribes Amblyseiina Arrenoseiina is also provided.

Aponychus corpuzae is a pest of bamboo in Fujian, China. The predatory mite Amblyseius longispinosus was explored as a potential biocontrol agent against Ap. corpuzae in a series of experiments on its predation on Ap. corpuzae . The rate of prey consumption (per predator female) increased linearly with temperature from 1.35 at 15°C to 5.22 at 35°C (the relationship can be described by Y = -1.00...
